We are so confident that you'll love our stationery that we encourage you to order a sample of your favourite designs before placing your order. Select your favourite design and email your request to info@ohsoweddinginvitations.co.uk .

Samples will arrive within 14 days of request. Samples cost £3 per design and are refundable against your stationery order.

When should we send out our invitations?

Invitations are usually sent out between 6-12 weeks before the big day. If your wedding is on a weekday or during busy times such as Christmas and Summer months, you should consider sending them out earlier, or send guests a 'Save the Date' card, to allow them to plan ahead.

When should we place our order?

We ask that you place your order for 'Save the Date' cards, invitations, RSVP and guest information cards 3 months before you plan on sending them out. This allows us to book design and printing time (and calligrapher time where applicable).

If your wedding is during busy times, please note that time can book up quite far in advance, so always best to place your order as early as you can.

When ordering reception items, please order at least 6 weeks prior to your wedding. However, if you are in a hurry, then please ask, we might be able to fit you in.

Save the Date Card

These are a great way of announcing your marriage and ensuring that your guests keep your special date free. Guests will really appreciate the notice to book time off work, travel and accommodation. Order one for each single person or couple you intend to invite to your wedding, plus a few extras for additional guests.

Day Invitation

Order one for each couple or single person invited to the wedding ceremony and reception, plus a few spares.

Evening Invitation

Order one for each couple or single person invited to the evening reception only, plus a few extras.

Reply Card

A great way to receive your replies. You can even ask dietary requirements or menu choices. We suggest adding a stamp to ensure your guests reply to you on time! Order one for every invitation you're going to send out.

Guest Information Card

A card sent out with your invitations with directions to the venue, accommodation guests can book nearby and wedding list details. Order one for each invitation sent out.

Order of Service/Ceremony

Most people generally order one for each couple and one for each single guest. Remember to order them for the bridal party.

Menus

You can either decide to order one for each person or order 2-4 per table (depending on the number of seats).

Place Cards

Order one for each guest at your wedding breakfast - plus a few extras if you're going to hand write them.

Table numbers

Again this is dependent on the size of your reception tables, however one or two per table should suffice.

Table Plans

Usually one is enough, however depending on the size of your wedding, you may want to order more.

Thank-You Cards

For your wedding, you should order one for each couple or single person invited to the ceremony or reception, plus a few extras. Or why not order a batch of them and use them as your very own stationery for future occasions.

How do I place an order?

Please place your order on our order process page.

Don't worry if you can't order everything in one go. Simply order what you can, when you can. Although please stick to the minimum timelines:

12 weeks for Save the Date, Invitations, RSVP cards, Guest Information cards. 6 Weeks for Order of Service, Menus, Place cards, Table names, Table Plan, Thank you Cards.

What information do I need to provide and when?

When placing your order please insert your wording into the wedding details box on the order form or email in a text format such as MS Word.

If you are using our guest name printing, calligrapher or 'Send-it' service, please provide your guests names (exactly as you want them displayed), complete with full address (for 'Send-it' option) in an excel format upon your final proof sign off. If opting for an image on your Thank You cards, then please provide this as soon as possible.

Print times are 3 weeks from sign off, so you might even ask a friend, family member or your photographer to take care of this whilst you're on Honeymoon so they are ready for you when you return.

How do I pay?

You can pay via Internet banking (details on our order page), or good old fashioned cheque, made payable to 'Oh So Wedding Stationery'. Please note that payment must be made in full and work will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.

What if I need to amend or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as you need to amend or cancel your order. Depending on what stage your order is at we may be able to amend quantities and artwork without incurring additional cost. Once your order has gone to print amendments will no longer be possible.

If you cancel your order, you will only receive a 50% refund. However, once your proofs have been signed off for print, a refund will no longer be possible as your stationery will be in the process of being printed.

How much is delivery?

Delivery will be £12 to UK based addresses; this may increase for larger orders. All deliveries must be signed for; please select an address where someone will be available when ordering.

We take the utmost care when packing our orders to make sure they reach you safely. Please ask for International delivery prices before ordering.
