Order Process
How it all works...
Step 1
Choose your design and items you need. Then decide which options and services you’d like (if any). Make sure you order your wedding invitations items at least 3 months before your wedding and reception items at least 6 weeks before the big day.
Step 2
Complete the online order form – making sure you opt in for any of the services and note any special requests (colour, size). Remember to order a few extras, just in case and to provide a delivery address where you’ll be able to sign for the order. Please provide wording in the wedding details box or via email in a text format such as MS Word.
Step 3
Once we have received your order, we will email you an invoice within 24 hours. We require full payment before we begin processing your order.
Step 4
You will then receive a set of proofs within 14 days via email (or post if you’d prefer – please specify on your order). Please check the wording and layout of your design carefully. Please email through any amendments. Your order includes 2 sets of amends, thereafter you will be charged £15 per set. For help see our proofing checklist.
If you are using our guest name printing, calligrapher or ‘Send-it’ service, please email your guests names (exactly as you want them displayed), complete with full address (for ‘Send-it’ option) in an excel format upon your final proof sign off. We cannot begin printing until we have this information.
If opting for an image on your Thank You cards, then please email this as soon as you can. Print times are 3 weeks from sign off, so you might even ask a friend, family member or your photographer to take care of this whilst you’re on Honeymoon so they are ready for you when you return. Please provide a hi-resolution image (no less than 300dpi). Remember to state your name and date on the email so we can match it up with your order.
Step 5
We will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched, and provide you with tracking details.
Please see below some wording guides. Please include your wording in the wedding details section of your order form or in a text format such as MS Word via email.
