Before placing an order, if you have any queries please contact us at info@ohsoweddinginvitations.co.uk. These terms & conditions are updated from time to time without notice to our customers. All designs are the copyright and property of Oh So Wedding Stationery. Neither you, nor a third party, may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way. It is your responsibility to obtain permission for any copyright material, for example hymns or poems that are to feature in the stationery.
We require full payment on receipt of invoice. We cannot book production time or begin typesetting until we have received payment. Pay via online banking or make cheques payable to Oh So Wedding Stationery.
Should an order be cancelled, a 50% refund will be paid, unless order has gone to print then no refund will be made.
You are responsible for the proof reading of all text and copy in the electronic and postal proofs supplied, please refer to proof checklist in the order process when approving your proofs. We do strongly recommend that you print this pdf in order to view it to the correct size. We will not begin print production until we have received written sign off from you referencing the correct proof to proceed with. Please note that we cannot accept returns due to customer input or typographical errors. When your final proof is approved you accept responsibility for any errors. If mistakes are discovered after final printers proof approval, we will charge for any reprinting.
Please note that samples may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Press set-up, plates, ink and paper can all result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, colour, size and positioning can sometimes occur and do not constitute a fault or a refund.
Please be aware that colours will appear differently on screen (as seen through light ) than they will when printed (pigment on paper). If unsure always request a Pantone swatch or foil blocking swatch to approve.
Oh So Wedding Stationery accepts no responsibility for the effect of ageing on the materials used.
Oh So Wedding Stationery is not responsible for damage to your stationery after it leaves our design studio. This includes damage during delivery and subsequent posting to guests.
Oh So Wedding Stationery print all stationery to order for every customer and hold no stock items. As a standard policy we only make refunds and exchanges if goods are faulty. Any faults or defects must be relayed in writing within three days of receiving your order and your complete stationery order returned to us, in its entirety, packed securely so as to avoid any damage likely to be incurred during transportation.
If your stationery if it is deemed to be faulty on the part of Oh So Wedding Stationery we will of course correct or replace your stationery with the same, or, if it is not possible to resupply your stationery with the same Oh So Wedding Stationery will offer an alternative or similar replacement.
Oh So Wedding Stationery will offer you a refund for the amount paid for the faulty part of your order if we are unable to correct or replace your stationery. Oh So Wedding Stationery will only offer a full refund if the order is faulty in its entirety.
We reserve the right to use any stationery we create for you to promote our products and services.
